About Peter Lawrence

Peter grew up in Napoleon, Michigan with his parents, Pete and Louise, and seven brothers and sisters.  He graduated from Napoleon High School in 1992 and went on to Jackson Community College where he studied Public Speaking and Debate.  He began working in the automotive supplier field in 1994 and soon became sought after for an assembly position with Ford Motor Company in October of 1996.  While working for FMC, he was blessed with his son Peter the 3rd.  It was obvious the minute he held him; life was better!
After manufacturing, Peter moved into auto sales and finance for 10 years.  His love of cars comes straight from his own father and so it just seemed to fit.  Friends and family say that he’s always been able to sell and “Can sell anything!” We’re sure glad he can.
Realizing the automobile retail industry demanded long hours and weekends (along with time away from his son), he decided enough was enough. Peter went into technology sales for 2 years and like it was said before, “he can sell anything!”
On a sunny afternoon after completing an almost 8 month sales pitch and campaign to Steve Brandt, Owner / Broker of XSell Realty, Peter was invited to lunch and a round of golf.  They may not be the best golfers in the world, but they hit it off and so they say, the rest is history!
Peter began his love of real estate in September of 2017 and hasn’t looked back.  His passion for helping others, along with finding his buyers and sellers happiness, are his drive. He continues to prove his destiny in real estate by becoming a multi-million dollar producer in just 2 1/2 short years, in which he claims, “I could not have done it without the love and continued support of his family, friends, peers and XSell Family!”
Peter‘s hobbies are spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, GOLF and now, sitting in the seats of Lake Trust Stadium watching his son play for Cleary University… GO COUGARS!
